With reference to you advertisement in. The Times of India for a clerk, I

beg to submit this application for the post.

I passed the Secondary School Examination in 1995 and the Intermediate

Arts Examination in 1997. I was very good in English at school and college

and took prizes in the subject.

I have also had a through training in typewriting, Shorthand and book-

keeping as the copies off the cerificates enclosed will show.

Iam now 19 years of age and am physically about my character and

abilities from the headmaster of my school, the Principal and the Professor of

my college.
